Just a short walk from the golden beach in Conil de la Frontera, the lovely vacation home “Casa Paula” is situated in a quiet residential complex with a terrific, central location. Stretching over 2 floors, the holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Outside on your private patio, you can are invited to cook up delicious meals with your family on the grill and enjoy them at the dining table with a view over your well-kept garden. Upstairs you will furthermore find a magnificent rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe on warm afternoons. In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex you will find a large pool, which is open all year (it does not, however, have a heating system), as well as an outdoor shower. Although the home is in a very calm area, you can reach supermarkets, shops and restaurants in 4-7 minutes walking (300-550 m away). Additionally, the long, sandy beaches Playa de los Bateles and Playa Fuente del Gallo await your visit about 550 m or a 7-minute walk away. The property has a garage available for one car. Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. The property is intended for families and quiet groups. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
